Processing Time
Items are dispatched within 3 days. Please note we accept back orders and when our stock is low dispatching items will be about 5 working days longer than usual.

Import duties and taxes are paid by the buyer upon delivery by your local courier. Duties and Taxes are not included and not shown at checkout.
Returns & Exchanges
Returns
All returns must be postmarked within twenty-one (28) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all the original tags and labels attached.
Returns Process
To return an item, please email customer service at info@cinnasol.com
to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving an RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging, and mail your return to the following address:

Please note, that you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.
Refunds
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least ten (10) working days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

What surfaces can the multi-surface be used on?
Multi-surface cleaner can be used on wood, laminate, metal, ceramic surfaces.
What ingredients/chemicals are in Cinnasol cleaners?
Cinnasol cleaners are alcohol based, maximising the antimicrobial properties of Ceylon Cinnamon Leaf Oil and other plant based ingredients.
Does the Floor Cleaner need to be diluted?
The floor cleaner can be used without dilution. Pour some floor cleaner liquid onto the mop or floor surface and mop clean the floor. Alternatively you can use about 50ml to 100ml of floor cleaner liquid and dilute with water in a bucket and clean the floor surfaces.
What surfaces can be the Floor Cleaner be used on?
The floor cleaner can be used on wood, laminate, tile, ceramic tile, terrazzo tiles, marble, granite and concrete floor surfaces.
